Well... the updates were actually accurate and matched up with my delivery day, which made it easy to know when to expect everything...

Saw a promo code for KicksCrew and figured I'd try it since it made the shoes a little cheaper than the other sites I checked. Checkout was simple enough, nothing annoying there, and the shoes showed up in good shape. Shipping took a bit longer than I hoped though so I’d give it 4 stars. I’d probably order again if they’ve got another solid coupon going

I had to exchange for a different size, and I expected it to be one of those annoying back-and-forth situations. But support got back to me quickly, so I figured I was in good hands. The whole process ended up being smooth and way easier than I was bracing for.

The kickscrew app was straightforward. I found my size quickly, which I always worry about with sneakers, and then checkout was fast too. Oh, and the tracking was easy to find, which I appreciated because I keep checking that stuff. No random confusing pages or weird extra steps. Just made ordering sneakers feel a lot less annoying

Support did eventually reply, though, and I got my money back after a few days. Not a perfect experience, but in the end it was fair enough.

The shoes showed up already scuffed, which was really frustrating. I was excited to get them, but opening the box and seeing marks on them made it feel like nobody actually checked or cared before sending them out. Not happy with the experience.

I have a high standard when it comes to entering my card details online, and there just wasn’t enough info or trust signals there to make me feel secure. I was worried the whole time, so I probably wouldn’t choose to pay through that page again.
